These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Adcastly website and platform, operated by 365 SkyGrid Ventures Inc.

Private Beta

Adcastly is currently in private beta. Public registration is not available. Access is granted on an invitation basis and may be modified or revoked at any time.

Use of the platform

• You may use Adcastly only in compliance with applicable laws and the policies of any connected advertising network.
• You are responsible for the content of campaigns you create, schedule, or distribute.
• You retain ownership of your data, creative assets, and advertising accounts.

Connected accounts

Customers connect their own advertising accounts via OAuth. Adcastly acts as an advertising management and analytics platform and is not an advertiser of record.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adcastly disclaims all implied warranties.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adcastly will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
